Step1: APPROVE ARTWORK
You can submit a finished artwork in the process of sending us the details of the bag or we can help you design and approve the finished artwork in the pre-press.
Step2:MAKE THE CYLINDER (4-7days)
We will classify the colors of the design and then engrave them according to a color on a cylinder plate. If we go digital printing, we ignore this process.
Step3: PRINTING PROCESS(3-5days)
We offer image quality, which is printed with 10 colors high speed in gravure printer or in HP digital printer.
Step4: LAMINATION & DRYING (2-4days)
We use solvent-free process to laminate multilayer which is odorless and environment friendly. After finished format is the roll film and placed on the drying room for 24 hours. To ensure the strength .
Step5: BAG MAKING PROCESS (2-5days)
The final bag-making process will continue according to the requirements and details. Examples are the airholes, tear notch etc.
Step6: SHIPPING PROCESS
The product is delivered to the port assigned by the customer or we deliver it directly to the address of the customer, including taxes.
These are normal production lead times, but we are flexible and will expedite these processes depending on the urgency of your order. No matter how large or small your order is.
