How Do We Ensure Timely Delivery From Oversea?
In the whole process of our supply chain management, on-time delivery from the beginning to the end is very important to our business success. Our warehouse department will pack some conventional finished products. Including plain and customized packaging. For temporary orders, we will ensure the timely and complete delivery of our orders according to the following process:
1. Sign Contract
We will negotiate and communicate with the brand to determine a delivery time, and bind it in the form of a written contract to ensure your interests.
2. Pre-plan
Due to the constraints of the contract, once we miss the goods preparation date, we will be punished, but at the same time, we will take remedial measures the first time.
3. Tracking&Updating
After confirming the order, we will feedback on the production progress to the customer in the goods production cycle. Update the information to the customer at least once a week. The progress includes the inspection of the production process and finished products.
4. Communication
The finished product packaging will enter our inventory storage space after production. They wait for an arrangement according to the transportation requirements of customers. In the process of overseas transportation, our warehouse keeps enough inventory to supplement the inventory turnover of the customer terminal in time, in case of special circumstances in transportation.
