Step2: Color Management

Adjust the final artwork to be saved in the correct format, such as AI, CDR, and PDF. 1. Raw Material Inspection

Check the appearance, thickness, size, and material tension of raw materials. Sealing the flexible packaging film to itself. Then testing the amount of force required for the seal to break. Ensure the test intensity meets the relevant regulations, such as food-grade testing standards. And do a good job in the testing of the first process before production.

2. Printing Color Detection

Use the international standard of the most advanced Panton management system to proofread the color of graphic printing to ensure that the accuracy of spot colors meets the customer's standard.

3.Automatic Detection

The automatic detection equipment can detect and screen any errors in the printing process. It improves the consistency and integrity of packaging printing quality.

4. Compound Fastness Test

verifying that the layers of the packaging film structure meet the required bond level for each application.

5. Barrier Test

Through professional testing equipment, detect the oxygen transmission rate and water vapor transmission rate of packaging film. These two barriers meet the standards according to the customer's product packaging requirements. They ensure the integrity of packaging functions.

6. Bag Tightness Test

The airtight testing equipment is used to provide sufficient air inside the bag. The pressure test is carried out under the standard pressure to ensure the tightness, airtightness of our packaging, and the integrity of products during transportation and storage.

7. Drop Test

Testing the height from which the pouch can be dropped without failing, ensure the safety of packaging in all situations.

8. Puncture Resistance Test

Using ASTM testing standards, analyzing how much pressure is required to puncture the flexible packaging material.

9. Food Grade Test

We send it to SGS Laboratory for the detection of chemical residues, heavy metal migration, and odor of packaging, and will issue a certificate meeting the requirements of European and American food grades.
